This month, I'll be taking part in the Alzheimer Calgary Walk & Run. As you may know, my mom lived with dementia for several years before passing away earlier in 2026. 

Every step we take together shows that no one has to face a diagnosis alone. We are proving that there is strength in community and hope in action.
