Uncle Ray has found peace, passing away recently after his long journey with dementia. While our hearts are heavy with his loss, we find comfort in knowing he is no longer suffering, and we cherish every memory of the incredible man he was.

Dementia robs individuals and families of precious moments and memories. In memory of Uncle Ray, and to help future generations, we are continuing to raise funds for Alzheimer Calgary. I will be running the half marathon in Canmore on September 7 and the Alzheimer Run on October 12 to honour Uncle Ray and raise money for a worthy cause.
